We created a visual art piece for the Rovaniemi Theater. The artwork is located on the second floor of the Lappia Hall. The Lappia piece consists of oak profiles that can be attached to the wall and  art photographs produced using the Gicleé method. Actors from Rovaniemi Theater appear in the photos. The work was inspired by the architecture of Alvar Aalto's building, and it has references to the materials and details of the Lappia Hall. In the design phase, the work's adaptability has also been taken into account, so that it will continue to maintain the interest of visitors to the building. Photos can be changed if necessary. By changing the height of the photos, the fell shapes of the roof of the Lappia house can be reproduced. The Lappia artwork gets a pair from cobalt blue bricks on the opposite wall.
